Pearl District Penthouse

This 1,200-square-foot penthouse space in Portland’s Pearl District brings New York–level design and finishes to the heart of the North Park Blocks area. Situated in the historic North Park Lofts building, the apartment bridges the city’s industrial past with its modern urban lifestyle. Custom details define the space, from a striking quartersawn white oak anigre-dyed cabinet to a sculptural circular stairway in stainless steel, designed by Chris Eberlie and built by Tom Ghilarducci, and blending precision craftsmanship with bold, contemporary elegance. The result is a residence that feels thoughtfully curated, timeless, and distinctly Portland.
