Awards & Recognitions

  • Presented by the Oregon Chapter of the American Society of Landscape-Architects in November of 2018. This is in recognition of outstanding professional achievement for our work on a residential home on Lake Oswego. This honor was awarded to both MCM Construction and 2.ink Studio the landscape architect firm on this project.

  • The DeMuro Award for Excellence in Preservation, Reuse, and Community Revitalization is an honor to receive. It was presented to MCM Construction in 2017 in recognition for our work on the restoration and relocation of the Belluschi Pavilion at Marylhurst University.

  • The HBA Excellence Award was granted by the Home Building Association of Greater Portland. This was in recognition for a residential home in Lake Oswego. (Gaddis)

  • Tim Mather, founder of MCM Construction, Inc. in Lake Oswego receives the “Oswego Heritage Award.” It was presented at the4 2014 Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Dinner on March 19th for the relocation and restoration of the Belluschi Pavilion at Marylhurst University.

  • In 2008 MCM Construction was honored with the Silver Award in The Best of the Best Design Awards for interior/specialty rooms.
