Oakshore Estate & Water Pavilion

A Colonial Revival lakeside residence anchored by timeless architecture and a garden retreat that celebrates light, water, and nature. This estate is nestled beneath a canopy of mature oaks and located on Oswego Lake. MCM helped to elevate this estate by building a gorgeous dock, a state-of-the-art boathouse and a garden conservatory. The garden conservatory is adjacent to a tranquil water feature that flows into a koi pond. The water feature was designed by the prior head curator at the Portland Japanese Garden.
